Refund policy
At Barbecue Bazaar we are proud to offer a wide range of exclusive brands and third party trusted brands that are built to last.
We understand though there may be times when an item may need to be returned and we want this to be as easy as possible for you. To assist you we have set out below our returns policy.
Product Returns
Barbecue Bazaar will accept product returns and provide you with refund or repair where:
-
The product is faulty or is not of merchantable quality, or
-
The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
-
The product does not match the sample or our description
-
You can present your Barbecue Bazaar receipt or other adequate proof of purchase
Please note in the case of BBQs and motorised products, Barbecue Bazaar may elect to send an authorised service agent to determine the nature of the problem prior to authorising any return.
If the product is determined to be faulty and cannot be repaired on site, not of merchantable quality, not fit for purpose or not matching a description or sample, Barbecue Bazaar will gladly offer an exchange or refund.
No refund will be given on free items or bonus items.
Change of mind product returns
You are welcome to return an item if you have changed your mind on your purchase. We want you to be 100% happy with your choice.
Once proof of purchase is established, Barbecue Bazaar will gladly offer you an alternative product, credit (in the form of a gift card) or refund provided that:
-
You return the item within 30 days of purchase at your own expense
-
It is unopened, unused, in its original condition and packaging. Complete with instruction manuals and accessories
If these requirements are not satisfied Barbecue Bazaar reserves the right not to offer an exchange product, credit (in the form of a gift card) or refund for change of mind returns.
Please note: To obtain a refund or exchange you will need to present the payment receipt that you originally purchased the goods on, so the transaction can be reversed.
The delivery charges will only be reimbursed when Barbecue Bazaar is at fault; that is, if the wrong item is delivered to the customer or there is a fault with the product (including damage in transit). In all other circumstances, including change of mind, the delivery charges will be deducted from the refund to the customer.Â
Exclusions apply to our Return Policy and these include floor models, demo models, special orders, custom ordered products, commercial use products, foodstuffs, and all perishable items. All returned goods must be in their original packaging.

Warranty Policy
The warranty covers the replacement or repair of any product that is assessed to have a manufacturing or material defect. Please note that exclusions apply, such as damage, deterioration, or discoloration if the product has not been installed, used, and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Proof of purchase is required to claim warranty, and it covers the original purchaser from the date of delivery and covers domestic use only. The warranty covers repair or replacement of impacted pieces only. Damage caused by misuse, modifications, cleaning, storage, transportation, or as a result of the product being used outside its intended purpose is not covered by warranty. Additionally, defects, wear and tear, or discoloration in products sold "as is" (e.g., ex-demos, floor stock, returns, and seconds), and damage caused by extreme heat, extreme cold, or chemicals are not covered by warranty.
Please refer to the installation, warranty, care, and maintenance information relevant to each product for more information.
Warranty Returns
Please contact Barbecue Bazaar to discuss any issues you may have with your product. Alternatively, you may email cannington@bbqbazaar.net.au and supply your name, address, and phone number, so we can look up the product you purchased and date. Please provide a description of the issue and relevant photographs. We will then assess and advise a course of action, which may require the item to be returned to the store. The buyer is responsible for returning the product to the store if required.
